Revolution Studios The New Guy is writer David Kendalls first produced feature film screenplay.

 

In capacities as writer, producer, or director, David has worked on over two hundred episodes of prime-time network television.  Two series on which he served as Executive Producer, Boy Meets World, and  Growing Pains had 7 years runs on ABC and are currently in world-wide syndication.  In his 6 years on Growing Pains, David wrote 33 episodes of this consistent ratings winner.  He also co-wrote and produced. The Growing Pains Reunion, the TV movies for ABC and Disney.

 

His directing credits include the television comedies Even Stevens, New Jersey, Clueless, Sister Sister, and Smart Guy (all currently running in production, or running in syndication).

 

David is a Philadelphia native, and studied film at Wesleyan University in Connecticut.   He and his wife live in Santa Monica, California with their three children.
