author of 23 books, nine of which have been national bestsellers, Jon is published in over 50 countries and 6 different languages,
including German and Japanese. There are currently over 6,000,000 of his books in print.
Jon graduated Brown University in 1979 Phi Beta Kappa and Magna cum Laude. He bases his
novels on extensive travel and research, as well as a 20 year career in the martial arts. He is an associate member
of the United States Special Forces and volunteers frequently in schools to help youg people learn to enjoy the process of
writing. He lives in Providence Rhode Island.
