which he created in 1991.
Michael has 36 years of combined business experience,
with Arthur Andersen (10 years in Washington, D.C. and Italy), as the CFO for 2 public and 2 private high technology companies
(12 years) and as a financial consultant to more than 65 companies (14 years)
Gonnerman has served on the Boards of Directors and Advisors
of 17 companies, where he typically chairs the Audit and Compensation Committees.
MIchael is a speaker and panelist at the MIT Enterprise
Forum, the WPI Venture Forum, Tufts University, Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network, Merrimac Valley (MA) Venture Forum, Upper
Valley (NH) Computer Industry Association and Capital Venue.
Gonnerman authors "Ask Mike," an email newsletter for non-financial
senior executive management.
Michael Is a member of the American Institute of CPA's... He co-founded the Financial Strategies Group, which invites
speakers to discuss "hot topics" at its monthly breakfast meetings... He is a founding member of E-dinner, a monthly
dinner forum for entrepreneurs to discuss starting, running and growing businesses... and is the webmaster for the Dartmouth
College Class of 1965.
Michael is a graduate of Dartmouth College (AB, Economics) and Northwestern University (MBA, Accounting).
Has been married 36 years and has 3 adult children. He has broadcast high school baseball and basketball games
over television and radio... MIke has also coached 10 Little League and Babe Ruth baseball teams. He is a
long distance runner, has run 10 marathons (3:07 PR) and has qualified for the 2004 and 2005 Boston Marathons.
